| Most of the Z's body is your basic steel. You ask about 120V vs 220V. 220V is going to allow you to weld on thicker material. Not needed if you are going to be welding on things less than 3/8" thick. I like infinite adjustment welders vs. A B C D stops for heat settings. Using a shielding gas vs flux core will give you much better results. You can get copper backing plates or spoons to help you reduce the amount of burn through when you weld on sheet metal.
